Deprecated file parameter may be silently ignored in v6

The file parameter was deprecated in codecov-action v5 in favor of files (plural). The v6 action.yml only defines files as an input, not file. GitHub Actions silently ignores unrecognized with: parameters, so file: ./coverage.xml will likely be silently dropped after this upgrade, causing coverage reports to not be uploaded as intended. The parameter needs to be files instead of file.

Updates the CI workflow’s coverage upload step to use
