- Add strip_html_tags to remove HTML tags and comments from preview - Enter now opens the notification URL in a browser - Space opens the notification in the less pager (was enter) - Includes PR meiji163#103 fix for deprecated gh pr/issue view flags Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Updates the notification preview to avoid querying the deprecated 'projectCards' field. Also adds the latest comment to the top of the Issue preview.
