This looks like it will build every time it starts. For example in production, if the machine sleeps, when it wakes, it starts the process from cold, which, reading this code, looks like it'll need to build first - which may not be possible on a system like Zeit whose file system is read-only.

Mh 🤔 I did this way to follow the logic of the other years with their harp.compile, thinking the 2018 was going to be released on Heroku along all the others. Is it not? How are you going to publish it?
