I have some live wallpapers that don't sync properly to the beginning when it reaches the end making it look chopped when the video ends, How about Lively adds a feature to REVERSE the video after it reaches the end for proper sync.

Here is a wallpaper I had to reverse manually in reverse cuz of this (I still have a ton to loop in reverse manually):
