On start up time improvement

So currently, when using lively's in app function to run on startup, it takes anywhere from 10s-1mins to start taking control of the wallpaper (/running). And that's not great, It would be way cooler if as soon as you logged in too your account, that your live wallpaper was already the background without having to wait right? Well what I propose is instead of using window's on start up or the Registry methode, to use a process that runs when the computer powers on. And this process loads everything needed for the background to function, and as soon as you log in it imidatly starts doing it's thing. This would make the whole thing feel more in-tune. Please consider this🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
