Image contains incorrect format for signing off commits in Contribution page

Description

The image in the Create a pull Request section in the contribution page doesn't contain the right format for Signing off on commits. The Image has the format your_email <your_email>

Expected Behavior

The correct format for Signed-off-by: is your_name <your_email>

Hi, I was wondering if it's necessary to have the Signed-off-by: field in the PR description since the commits are already signed off on. The field doesn't even make sense if multiple people have worked on the PR. Maybe it would be better if I just removed that field from the screenshot?
